Chef Theirry Papillier in charge of the Nile Hilton Rotisserie Belvedere Restaurant recently inaugurated his culinary demonstration sessions at the hotel.
Chef Thierry has created new refined gastronomic dishes and menus for the Rotisserie Belvedere. He has an obsession for working with the highest quality ingredients and enhancing their flavours.
Chef Thierry was happy to share his passion with a select group of ladies who were shown during the session how to prepare and cook a complete gastronomic menu : Starter Bisque de Crabes Verts served in a glass, Main Course Tournedos de Poulets aux Champignons, Dessert Nems de Chocolat al’ orange. .
A gastronomic lunch followed the demonstration where the ladies enjoyed the menu that had been prepared before them.
Chef Thierry Papillier is looking forward to resuming his culinary classes in December and the following months.
