His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance and Industry, had a first-hand look at Dubai World Trade Centre’s latest showcase, “The Gallery”, a special platform created to display its mega-projects to a global audience.
His Highness viewed key upcoming developments including Dubai Trade Centre District.
“We are honoured by the visit of Sheikh Hamdan to ‘The Gallery’, and for his ongoing involvement in our mission to position Dubai as a global centre for international events,” said Helal Saeed Al Marri, Director General, Dubai World Trade Centre.
Located in the heart of Dubai next to Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai Trade Centre District will offer a purpose-built state-of-the-art convention destination and some of the highest grade office space in the region, along with a boutique shopping district and a range of hotels.
Dubai Exhibition City will be the first fully-integrated city designed to host events and major exhibitions.
Because of its world-class capabilities, many organisers are in discussion with DWTC about hosting major events at Dubai Exhibition World, the premier facility within the development.
The gallery provides us with the right platform to communicate with future partners, and drives interest from a range of international enterprises looking to be a part of some of the most innovative projects and developments coming to Dubai,” said Al Marri.
One of the most advanced facilities of its kind, the Gallery is designed to accommodate major delegations and trade visitors from around the world for tours of the future developments.
