The Confrerie de la Chane des Rtisseurs in Egypt recently held a lavish dinner at Fairmont Towers Hotel attended by 150 top VIP members and guests. The event was held at the Canyon ballroom in a luxurious nature with a royal theme

Fairmont Towers Resident Manager Renaud Gregoire welcomed the Chane members and their VIP guests to the hotel. Among attendees were the USA, Belgium & Indian Ambassadors to Cairo. The evening commenced with an elegant cocktail reception at the hotels Tea Garden uniting international culinary experts and professionals with their distinguished guests.

The event took a Royal theme beginning from the one royal table for all 150 guests, which was the talk of all members, followed by the event printed menu with the shape of a royal bulletin with the Chane Stamp and the hotel executive chefs signature. Bailli d' Honneur of the Chane des Rtisseurs in Cairo Karim Henein delivered the event opening address welcoming all members and guests.

The Chane des Rtisseurs is an international gastronomic society dedicated to bringing together both professional and non-professional members worldwide, who appreciate and share a mutual interest in cuisine, wine and fine dining.
