Courtesy call by the Chairman of BADEA’s Board of Directors on Seychelles President

aTP-  Arab tourism portal- President James Michel met with the Chairman of BADEA’s Board of Directors, H.E. Eng Yousef Ibrahim Albassam and Director General of BADEA,  Dr. Sidi Ould Tah, at State -----House this morning. Mr. Albassam and his delegation are in Seychelles for the second BADEA Board meeting with Seychelles counterparts.

The President thanked the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA) for the assistance provided to Seychelles over the years with various development projects.

They discussed BADEA’s activities in Africa as well in Seychelles, and the excellent relations that exist between Seychelles and BADEA.

The BADEA’s Board meeting will be held at the Kempinski Resort and Spa from tomorrow for two days.

Also present at the meeting was the Minister of Finance, Trade and the Blue Economy, Mr. Jean-Paul Adam and the President’s Diplomatic Advisor, Ambassador Callixte D’Offay.
