HIA offers travel tips for passengers during Eid Al Fitr holidays

aTP-  Arab tourism portal News – Hamad  International Airport (HIA) has advised its departing passengers during the Eid travel rush -----to be sure to check-in online, arrive three hours prior to flights and use the E-gates to avoid queues, and enjoy a comfortable and seamless journey.

In a statement issued this week , the airport reminded passengers that check-in will close 60 minutes prior to departure, urging the general public who are dropping off or collecting passengers to use the short-term car park, which provides complimentary parking for the first 30 minutes and costs QR5 per hour, thereafter."Passengers also have the option of parking their vehicles at the airport's long-term car park which provides customers with a regular shuttle service to the main terminal every 15-20 minutes," the statement said.
