President James  Michel of the Republic of Seychelles has announced his resignation

aTP-  Arab tourism portal News- The announcement was made on Seychelles Television before the 8pm news tonight -----.

In his address on national television President James Michel said that he would be submitting his official letter of resignation to the Speaker of the island's National Assembly tomorrow Wednesday the 28th September .

The political party of President James Michel lost the parliamentary elections earlier this month.
