SCTA holds its first preparatory meeting for its upcoming 4th Urban Heritage Forum in Asir
Almasalla Arab Travel Portal News – SCTA has recently held its first preparatory meeting for the upcoming 1st Urban Heritage Forum, which is scheduled to take place in December, 2014 in the Asir province.
The meeting took place in SCTA Branch office in Asir, and was attended by Asir’s Assistant Deputy for Developmental Affairs, Ahmed Al Ghatani, and Asir’s Secretary, Eng. Ibrahim Al Khaleel, in addition to the Director of SCTA Branch in Asir, Eng. Mohammad Al Amra.
The meeting at the outset discussed the distribution of tasks to the members of the preparatory team. It also raised a set of ideas in order to be submitted to the Supreme Steering Committee of the Forum which will hold its meeting after two weeks in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid, Governor of Asir region and His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdul Aziz, President of SCTA.
The meeting also suggested assigning an organizing body to coordinate the participants’ works, and also referred to the importance of forming a scientific committee to receive and sort research, as well as setting the media plan of the Forum.
